We are happy to take custom orders! We can make almost any scent or flavor - if you can dream it, we can make it. Just contact us if you'd like to request a custom product. Depending on the request, the items could take up to a month if we need to order special supplies.
Payment
We accept PayPal payments as well as prepaid US money orders.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. Simply choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
If you decide to send a money order, your package will be delayed until the payment clears which can take 5-7 business days. Please contact us if you are having ANY issues with payment!
Shipping
We currently ship items within 5 business days after purchase to the address given during Paypal checkout. Many of our items are made fresh to order & turnaround time occasionally may be longer than this. We will contact you if shipment of your item will be delayed more than 5 business days.
Your items will be packaged in a padded mailer or Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. Bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts will be used to package more fragile items. Every effort will be made to use recycled packaging with your purchase.
All items are sent USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation so all parties can ensure a successful delivery. In the continental US, most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days after they are shipped.
We will ship Express Mail or methods upon request, please contact us if you'd like a faster shipping option!
Refunds & Exchanges
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please email us ([email protected]) with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
